Introduction:

By taking the help of modern engineering and technology we have designed a special portable tent for Indian Army. It will help our soldiers in cold regions like Ladakh.

Components required:

1. Solar panel
2. Microcontroller
3. Battery
4. LED
5. DIGITAL temperature display
6. Sensor

Working:

This portable tent can be disintegrated and reassembled easily. The chamber is divided in two parts. In one side insulating materials are used on inner wall to keep the chamber warm. In this chamber, solders can take rest at night. The other chamber is used to keep bags and for other activities during day time. To get electricity, solar panels are used on top of the tent. These panels charge batteries for further use. Tent is lighted at night and mobile phones are get charged from this energy source. Special arrangement has adopted to clean the ice deposited on top of the solar panels. Attention has applied to keep the inner chamber temperature more than outer cold climate. Temperature readings are shown on digital temperature display.

By using this tent solders can be kept warm and safe in extremely cold climates.
