Working principle

The main shaft is horizontal to ground on which brushes are attached firmly. The bigger pulley fitted to the main shaft is driven by a single phase induction motor through a belt. The motor operates on 230 volt ac supply. The speed control arrangement is helpful to make the cleaning process more quick and comfortable. The ball bearing arrangement makes the operation smoother. When motor rotates that drives the main shaft. So, the cleaning brushes get momentum. When the shoe or foot comes in contact with the rotating brush, dusts are removed easily.
