It is really a boring as well as irritating process of peeling covers from boiled eggs manually. By taking the help of modern engineering and technology we have designed an egg cover removing machine which reduced human effort and make the work easier. This is going to help in food processing industries, hotels, hostels, restaurants and also in household kitchen.

Working:

Boiled eggs should be fresh and those covers should be moist. When the friction arises between rollers and egg cover, the covers come out easily. The speed control mechanism helps in adjusting the speed to get better result. The rotating spiral cylinder helps in forwarding eggs one by one maintaining a specific distance between each egg. There are three parallel rotating cylinders among which two rotates in forward and one in reverse. The broken egg covers are collected at the bottom of the machine. Fresh peeled eggs are collected in a bowl.

Advantages:

This is an automatic process which reduces human effort as well as speed up the egg cover peeling process.
